EMCS system successfully implemented
On 1st of April 2010, according to decisions of the European Parliament and of the Council, the EMCS - Excise Movement and Control System has been successfully implemented and started on live operation by CASON for the partner companies, having a business on excise product movements.
Connection to the EMCS system of VPOP (Hungarian Customs and Finance Guard) is realized by the core part of the system developed by us, sending and receiving the system-specific messages.
Messages containing the excise product movement data are generated and transmitted to the core module of the system, by the applications developed by our company. The visualization of the received messages is also part of the local excise record keeping systems.
